Managing New Towns Civil Engineering Company, presenting on-site projects for the new city of Parand, while identifying and examining existing problems and issues, issued the necessary instructions for resolving and advancing them as quickly as possible.
Public Relations of New Towns Construction Company Habibollah Taherkhani Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Managing Director of New Towns Construction Company along with Sadegh Akbari member of the board of directors and other relevant managers and officials today Tuesday, July 9th Schools under construction, fire stations, parks and outdoor sports facilities, infrastructure projects including the preparation of city-wide public passages and finally the National Housing Production and Action Plan.
Tahrokhani also visited Phase 2 of Mehr Housing Brokerage Unit, while reviewing the existing problems in order to track and resolve the remaining cases as soon as possible.
It should be noted that due to the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Planning’s emphasis on accelerating the implementation of semi-finished projects, the day-to-day signs are being installed for all ongoing projects.
Mohsen Vatankhahi, CEO of New Parand Civil Engineering Company, said: “Today’s visit to the Director General of Urban Planning of Tehran Province was also emphasized so that the problems of preparing a detailed plan of National Action Plan projects could be resolved as soon as possible.”
He added: “The new city of Parand in the National Action Plan for Housing Production and Supply has 6,000 residential units and we are trying to open 6,000 units by the end of this year.
According to the announcement of the planned production of 6,000 residential units in new towns up to Horizon 2, 5,000 units are planned for the new city, of which 7,000 will be built in partnership and 6,000 in neighborhood building.
