However, overall, the Public Relations Department of the company is responsible for keeping this website updated, with occasional collaboration from the Information Technology and Geospatial Data Office. The most important items updated on this website include:

  8.  Internal pages and menu options (Menu)

b) Items requested by citizens or various units within the company (such as public opinions, special reports, and ...), which are published after being reviewed and approved by the Public Relations Department or senior management.

c) Items where the Public Relations Unit must regularly request updates from relevant units and upload them periodically according to a specific schedule.

For data in category a, updates occur immediately after the event. For data in category b, items are registered within 48 hours after receipt, provided they are approved. For items in category c, important news, events, and related images are posted on the website within 10 hours of the event. Some of these updates are automatically fetched and reflected from other related systems. Auction and tender notices are uploaded to the website simultaneously with their publication in print media and the Government Electronic Procurement System (Headquarters) and are accessible to the public. Significant internal organizational changes are posted on the website within a maximum of 3 days. Translations of content into English are completed 6 months after the original Persian content is published on the website. Other items are updated within a time frame of 1 hour to several years, depending on the extent of changes and the timing of events.
