are registered within 48 hours after receipt, provided they are approved. For items in category c,
important news, events, and related images are posted on the website within 10 hours of the event. Some of these
updates are automatically fetched and reflected from other related systems. Auction and tender notices are
uploaded to the website simultaneously with their publication in print media and the Government Electronic
Procurement System (Headquarters) and are accessible to the public. Significant internal organizational changes
are posted on the website within a maximum of 3 days. Translations of content into English are completed 6
months after the original Persian content is published on the website. Other items are updated within a time
frame of 1 hour to several years, depending on the extent of changes and the timing of events.
